Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Tavory AI account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Tavory AI. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Colin Schibli, Switzerland (legal notice).

2. The service

Tavory AI provides a unified workspace for accessing third-party AI models (text, image, video, audio), managing files and projects, and tracking usage costs. Requests may be routed server-side through Requesty to the selected AI provider. We are an intermediary and do not own the underlying AI models. Model availability, pricing and output are subject to each provider's terms.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Users under the age of majority may enter into paid transactions only where they have the legally required consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tavory Credits and billing

• Published plan prices are: Free CHF 0; Pro CHF 19.95 per month or CHF 215.40 per year; Team CHF 39.00 per month per member or CHF 419.40 per year per member. The final price, currency and taxes, where applicable, are shown by Stripe before payment.
• Pro includes 1,200 Tavory Credits each billing month. Team includes 2,400 Tavory Credits per member each billing month. Included Credits reset at the end of the billing period and do not accumulate beyond the applicable plan allowance.
• Flex Credit packs provide 400 Credits for CHF 5, 1,300 Credits for CHF 15, or 2,700 Credits for CHF 30. Newly purchased Flex Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, are not transferable or withdrawable, and are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Legacy balances without an expiry are not changed retrospectively.
• Credits are Tavory usage units. Provider costs are calculated internally in smaller accounting units and applied to the available Credit balance. Tavory does not start a new chargeable model request once the applicable Credit balance or a personal Credit limit is exhausted.
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
• There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Available models, rate limits and file-analysis limits depend on the selected plan.
• We may change prices for a future renewal where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable notice is shown through the relevant account or billing channel.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Tavory AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights or proprietary data.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the service for bulk spam generation or any activity that harms other users.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you input. Output generated by AI models is subject to each provider's terms. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Colin Schibli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms with notice where practicable, or immediately for severe violations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and mandatory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current shared version and publication date are shown at the top of this page.
